Andrea Zanoni’s practice focuses on corporate matters, particularly cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients on several transactions in a wide range of industrial sectors, including oil & gas, mining, environmental services, energy, food & beverage, and consumer goods. Mr. Zanoni has been a non-executive independent director of financial institutions in the banking and insurance sectors.

Mr. Zanoni coordinates the firm’s corporate and M&A practice and the energy & environment team.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Zanoni worked in Milan with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and was research assistant at the European Corporate Governance Training Network.

Michele Mario Nascimbene’s practice focuses on cross-border and domestic acquisitions, joint venture deals, and corporate reorganizations. He has also assisted several major private equity houses and Fortune 500 companies in their investment in, and acquisition of, Italian targets. Mr. Nascimbene is also an expert in EU and Italian competition law.

As managing partner, he coordinates the firm’s commercial litigation practice.

Mr. Nascimbene has been recognized as a leading expert in the field of joint ventures by Global Law Experts.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Nascimbene worked in London with Sullivan & Cromwell, and in Milan with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He also worked with the DG Competition in Brussels and Microsoft Corporation.
