Bruno Nascimbene has extensive experience in international and domestic litigation and arbitration in connection with complex commercial disputes. He regularly represents clients before Italian courts, the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione), the General Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the European Court of Human Rights.

Prof. Nascimbene frequently acts as arbitrator in ad hoc and administered arbitration proceedings.

Prof. Nascimbene is professor emeritus of EU law and director of the Centre of Excellence “Jean Monnet” at the Law School of the Milan State University. Prof. Nascimbene is the author of several books and articles on public and private international law, EU law, competition law, and human rights matters.
